Order Processing & Handling

Orders are processed after confirmation and stock verification. Orders are typically prepared and handed to the courier within about 2 hours during business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, the destination governorate, courier schedules, weather, and public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by governorate and are calculated based on the delivery location and order contents. The applicable shipping charge is shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

Installation Services

Shaheen Tire and/or its Vendors offer installation services for tires and batteries. Availability may vary by location and is confirmed at checkout or by our support team. Installation fees are separate from the product price.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your products upon delivery. Any incorrect, damaged, or missing items should be reported to Shaheen Tire within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Delivery Delays

Shaheen Tire is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, courier interruptions, government restrictions, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
